So it has started somewhere in 2019 April where I have realised pain in shoulder, neck and back. This pain has surfaced after couple of months of playing badminton as sports.

Little did I know my body has restricted mobility, readers neck pain and rotater cuff injury. Also there was some issue with spine L1/L2/L3.

Once diagnosed, Dr vipul has guided and helped me with physio sessions and regular stretches to help me get back my mobility. Most of mobility was restored upto full length and shoulder pain was gone for few ranges of motion.

The road to full recovery was obviously not smooth because I was too eager to go back on court and frequent shoulder pain seems to come back in frequency. After couple of weeks I have left physio sessions but kept on following the physio schedule as prescribed by Dr Vipul.

Along the journey I had opted for couple more shoulder rehab exercises from internet along with taking good care of entire body's mobility. Thanks to Dr Vipul for prescribed various routines.

Lockdown has somehow partially disrupted the process but I got back to recovery path soon.

This year 2022, somewhere in Jan I have realised not only my shoulder mobility and strength was restored upto 80% but also entire body's joint were quite happy despite following lengthy badminton sessions on daily basis.

Talking about Aug 2022, my shoulder mobility and strength is restored upto 95% and I'm quite comfortable with 3-4 hours of badminton sessions including drills as well practice matches. During all this time, I believed Dr Vipul must get his due credit for his help that is proven to enable full body conditioning and given me trust in his methods. Everytime i faced any short term injury that includes glutes, abductor, adductor, ankle or knee, i choose to go back to fundamentals he taught me in couple of sessions and it helped me to the longest length possible.

This feedback is just a small tribute to the priceless help I got from Dr. Vipul for my husband who got his knee dislocated in the month of April this year. In the first consultation with him, I realized that he understood the in and outs of what the issue was. He gauged the strength of the affected leg and spotted even the tiniest issue such as the way of walking. I believe that was the very first step of treating my husband completely as he had tracked down what all needs improvement apart from the injury. Multiple visits that were made by my husband to him has helped him now walk absolutely normally. We feel that Dr. Vipul knows where to focus at what time that helped us heal in the appropriate way. Why i end up visiting him: I have been suffering from cervical spondylosis and cervical disc herniation since last 3 months and wasted so much my hard earned money on various Doctors and physiotherapist.My Previous so called Dr and physio gave me lots of medicines and unnecessary Ultrasound ,Matrix session, But still there was so much pain and muscle fatigueness,unable to recover. Finally i decided to change the doctor and my 3rd Doctor suggested to Visit Dr. Vipul in Baner .He ********** first analysed my condition,screened my MRI and X ray and finally Start my physio sessions.His approach is simple and more importantly logical.He elaborately described about my condition,showed me some videos about correct posture etc.

He gave manual therapy and trained me actual exercises.He suggested me to not go through any machine based physio,made me concentrate more on Posture Correction and Early morning Vitamin D intake.

The relief which i dint get in last 3 months ,i got in just 5 days with his supervision and experience.I felt great improvement in my condition and health.

I was suffering from severe pain in the buttock and calf. I could not walk for more than a few minutes. Hence I consulted a Doctor and did a X-ray along with allopathic medications followed by physiotherapy,IFT and acupuncture for a week. But there was no relief. Then I was asked to do a MRI and the diagnosis was Diffuse Disc bulge(L4-5) encroachment abuts L-5 traversing nerve root.

Nerve injection was suggested by the Doctor. As I am a retired man I had lot of time so I researched online and came across Spine and Sports Health Clinic.

I visited the clinic and meet Dr Vipul. After seeing my reports he assured me that the pain is manageable and I should not worry. He clearly explained me how the disc abuts the nerve roots and tried different chiropractic and physiotherapy exercises which was suited to my condition. He also guided me very well to do the exercises at home. Initially there was not much a relief but Dr Vipul along with Dr Pallavi added few more exercises and after 6-7 days the pain reduced thou I was still having some pain in the night. After further additions to the exercises after 15 days the pain is reduced and I am able to walk also I feel confident.

Great Physiotherapist, very friendly, transparent, treats with great care and effort. I am truly benefited with the treatment. I have frozen shoulder and for quite a few months I was suffering with pain. I visited multiple doctors and undergone 3 weeks of Physiotherapy earlier, but nothing of much help. Eventually pain increased and right hand movements became more restricted. I was visiting Pune for a month from Kolkata and got to know about Dr. Vipul Jain from Practo. I am so glad that I decided to pay him a visit. He explained in great details about the problem, symptoms, stages, threats and possible treatments. I took appointment of dr Vipul as I had to undergo physiotherapy for my right hand shoulder post operative measures.the best thing was on my first appointment he made me mentally prepare about my condition and also spoke about the various measures/exercises I will be doing and the benefits of the same.so I was mentally prepared about the therapy.secondly with his one week treatment I felt drastic improvement in my health condition which gave me lot of confidence.he gives full time to the patient and is very punctual about the appointment timelines.i recommend him for sure.

With such doctors when they cousel you with your treatment parallelly, patients half of the issues get sorted there and then itself.

Dr Vipul is very good Physiotherapist. My father had very severe back pain because of slipped disc (His disc got moved towards cavity). In that situation he was not able to stand even for a minute. The pain remained as it was while he sits, stands or sleep. We consulted couple of Orthopaedics and all of them suggested spine surgery. Then somehow we come to know about Dr Vipul and conducted his number of sessions, within a week my father was able to walk and sit, so we were happy and decided to continue with Dr Vipul. He treated my father in such a way that within a month my father became normal, he behaved like there were no pain. Explaining the Horrible event of my life.

Few months back on 7th sep Road traffic accident took place ,which Harm me not only physically but also mently.

Physically truma caused me ACL tear at Right leg.which require repair.

Mentally i much depressed which effects my normal life which effects my educational life.

My supportive hero is dr vipul jain sir who built my physically and mentally fitness who support me much built my confidence,i underwent major surgery in faburvory which repair my tear ACL then after received quality physiotherapy which was given me dr vipul sir and built my confidence also.

Dr Vipul, gave us sufficient time to understand my mother's spine problem. From day 1 we started seeing benefits. Pain was reduced to 20-30%. From day 1 she didn't feel to take painkiller tablet. As she used to have unbearable pain and she had to take heavy dose of painkiller before coming here.
