Dr. Vidya Pandit

My experience has been good with Dr Vidya . She is very knowledgeable as well treatment was done fast. She gives good recommendations as well. Her support staff is equally good and courteous. Clinic as well as apparatus used is hygienic. Only problem I faced is parking problem as clinic is on busy road.

Good at explaining the root cause. Explains the entire treatment plan and process. Effective Treatment and follow-up. Doctor is always on time. Support staff is very supporting and very helpful.

Smooth and painless wisdom tooth removal. Very clean and hygenic clinic. Explained in detail post care to be taken.

I am an international traveller and by default it is tough to stick to a single dentist. Yet, over all these years I have been able to manage with just 3 dentists and the last one for the longest time of about 7-8 years. However, this time I decided to seek a second opinion considering I had not paid a visit in 3 years and I wanted to make sure I was on the right track as I get older :).

# Patient dental history well documented for future treatments - full history maintained and shared with the patient

# Waiting time at the clinic is minimal and appointment scheduling is not very long, thus convenient when you are in a hurry (other reputed dentists tend to have a longer waiting time)

# Appointment reminders are timely and quite handy (via sms, email and by phone)

# There is a short de-briefing after every treatment to clear doubts and/or to explain any follow-up measures

# Several modern treatment options/techniques with lastest equipment

Having said that, it would be nice to have a slightly more competitive pricing and hopefully some discount(a) for returning clients !

I was suffering from tooth ache on both side of my mouth and I have consulted with dr Vidhya. She took xray and clicked pics of my mouth(all tooths) and explained me everything abt my tooth conditions then suggested me for root canal for both the tooth. She did rct for my both the tooth after receiving my confirmation and I am happy with the treatment as doc used latest technology and equipment for it. While she was treating my tooth I was able to see everything what was happening with my tooth. She explained me everything about treatment which was applied on my tooth. Even she answered all the queries which I was asked with her and queries which were running in my mind whether it was related to my tooth treament or cost of treatment.

Staff is very supportive.

I just want to make a suggestion that it would be great if you give some discount/relief in treatment cost if patient is going through multiple rct and tooth implantation.

Post my tragic experience on Dental treatment which has happened in 2019 in Mumbai, thought of exploring local Dentist in PUNE, travelling to Mumbai for Dental treatment was tedious, troublesome, painful, time consuming.

Well, as usual Google was my trusted sources, and thought of taking her consultation, My first experience with Dr. Vidya Pandit clinic in her old clinic very different all together.

My Major Problem have been Chewing from left side since feb 2019, right side completely isolated past 3 years..I meet her in 2020, did some filling etc and again undergoing treatment, hoping for best and could only pray my problem will be fixed permanently.

As many people's mentioned, taking treatment here it's too Expensive and I do ECHO, but again what you pay you get it, someone's has highlighted about charges and breakup on costing, Seriously that's really needs to be improved, every visit we pay heafty amount with due for next visit,there is lack of clarity how much total gonna pay, total estimation to be provided to patients., That's will be helpful.

Dr. Vidya, She is indeed very experienced, professional and Punctual.

I am yet to conclude my treatment and it's outcomes, probably after two weeks will share my overall experience.

Overall, we feel that the treatment was carried out satisfactorily and a very good hand ****************** Thank you for nice job done.

We were satisfied with the clarifications received against queries we asked time to time. Moreover, our understanding was corrected wherever required with detailed explanations during the course of treatment which we liked.

Things we liked most -

Explanations were duly supported with snapshots taken and shown over computer monitor. This enhanced the understanding of problem as well as fix which was carried out

Follow up of appointment both via email as well as over cell-phone

Clarity about next step of treatment was duly explained

Hygiene at clinic was properly maintained

Things we would like to recommend -

Costing aspect needs to be worked out. Probably, there can be a tabular format indicating cost/charges/fee against fixes carried out. (break up of each and every item).

(something like one get from people who takes care of servicing of your car. They inspect your vehicle and provide a summary before starting their work.)

A Summary report post treatment should also be given to the patient from future perspective.

First ,I want to tell you that I`m feeling very happy after joining your clinic. I haven`t seen such a well established and systematic clinic before. I appreciate hygiene and proper sterilization methods which are routinely followed in the clinic. I like your way of talking with patients, explaining them the treatment plan and your concern about patients. I like the way in which you follow appointment schedules of patients, so there is no inconvenience to patients and they don`t have to wait for longer time. I like your understanding nature and management in clinic about staff, keeping records of the stock, so there is no problem related to materials and staff works sincerely in clinic. After treatment, patient goes with a very big smile, because he/she is satisfied with treatment done by you. You have given them best treatment with due care. I appreciate that you don`t like negligence by staff or dental assistant and you always guide both of them for betterment. I have learned so many things after joining your clinic. Its difficult to give list of it here, but definitely all those things will help me in my private practice.I appreciate your guidance regarding continuing dental education, thank you !!

Dr Pandit has always gone one step ahead and done the pre cursor tests post which she calmly explains the he current situation and the way ahead for treatment in layman terms .I have been going there for tooth removal and dental cleaning and found the overall experience of the doctor and the staff very prompt and accurate .
