Dear Manisha Katke, patient getting relief is the primary effort so such feedback is saddening. Sorry to say but it is misleading and not true.So I am needing to repeat what I have explained in detail, given you lot of time, without charging anything extra with sincerity and compassion.

Creams prescribed by me few days back were mild and moisturiser based and are not the reason of your skin problem which is of almost 1 year duration.There has been an overuse of strong topical steroid cream for more than 6 months by yourself. ( We Dermatologists are creating awareness about the same issue of steroid abuse ). I have also explained that It can also be part of some internal medical problem, which will need to be investigated and referral to an internal medicine physician.

I hope you understand that all is in your interest only, so as to give relief and not to worsen the patients problem.
