Despite the fame and cost of these institutions, the service at all levels was sub-par. It was heartbreaking to see him suffering with tubes inserted in his vegetative body, and perhaps torture for him as well. ** ********* * *** ******* *** ** ***** ********** **** ******* ******* ** *** ******** ****** The daily parade of doctors, physiotherapists, dieticians, etc., felt performative rather than focused on his well-being. Adding salt to the wound was the punctuality with which the hefty bills were emailed every morning. We were at our wits' end, feeling helpless and desperate. A friend informed me of Dr. Taruna and her passion for geriatric and palliative care. From our first conversation, I felt a glimmer of hope. Talking to her about my father's condition was like talking to someone who truly understood our pain and fear. Her practical, no-nonsense approach was a breath of fresh air. She was not afraid to ask questions and offer logical, scientific solutions. Her direct and honest communication was a lifeline at a time when we couldn't handle false hope. Once we brought my father home for hospice care, Dr. Taruna took charge as the attending physician and made regular home visits, providing sage advice that allowed him to live his final days with dignity. Those visits were never rushed and were therapeutic for our family as well. If she needed further confirmation or clarification, she would consult her network of specialists. Unafraid, confident, scientific, and practical, she did whatever was the need of the hour. She understands what it means to provide compassionate care to both the patient and counselling the immediate family whenever she visited. Dr. Taruna understands that the practice of medicine is not about subscribing to the longevity industry but rather a person-centered approach, providing dignity and comfort in the end. I am ever so grateful that our paths crossed during this difficult time. Dr. Taruna's care and compassion made an immeasurable difference, and I highly recommend her.

I visited clinic 30 mins before still Dr. didn't refuse to check me.She advised as professional one and within 24 hrs I'm feeling much better .
