I am more than happy with the very careful treatment given by Dr. Swati Sulakshane. I am from the United States and have been working on a project in Pune, Maharashtra since the beginning of 2016. My cholecystitis/cholelithiasis was flaring up in the middle of 2017 and rather than taking the time off from my project in Pune to have my gall bladder removed in the states, I decided to have the surgery right there at Ruby Hall in Hinjewadi, located midway between my hotel and the job site where I work. Dr. Swati Sulakshane is very caring and personable, as well as an extremely capable surgeon. She resolved all of my questions and apprehensions about the surgery and I entered the operating room confidently. Post-Op, I was able to recover after only a few days and went to work during the same week as the surgery (individual results will vary). It may be of interest to the reader that the entire invoice for the surgery (including everything) was 1.5 Lac (150,000 INR), which, at the time of surgery, translated to $2,350(USD) or approximately 10% of the cost quoted by my hospital in the United States.

I've been coming to Ruby hospital Hinjewadi for around a year from 2017 end till last month, during which I had three surgeries. I always see the surgen Dr. Swati Sulakshane and I couldn't praise her and surgical team enough.

This was my 3rd surgical visit to the Ruby. In October-November 2017 after first surgery I had same problem however second time, immense attention and diagnosis provided during consultation and surgery. It made me feel confident that I was in good care under Dr Swati’s team.

I wish to say now all operations were a success and it is wonderful now to be without pain. Having surgery can be scary, but together with my Surgen Dr Swati and anaesthetist they answered my worries and fears brilliantly. I felt positive about my operation. They were very good at putting me at ease.

Dr. Swati and her team are fantastic and extremely good in what they do and are a credit to the hospital. Every time I felt she is very warm hearted and friendly.

The hospital is also spotlessly clean and all staff I have spoken to have been very friendly and polite. I would recommend this hospital and Dr. Swati and her team.

I met Dr Swati for the first time in April 2018 for my daughter's treatment, She got a cut on her forhead. The way she explained every small thing to us that time made me feel so confident that I should go to Dr. Swati only for my surgery (when i got to know about that : in mid May 2018). She is such a friendly human, you can ask n number of questions to her, she will answer with a smile on her face. I had an impression that docs are just doing their jobs these days as this is the case in delhi NCR as i stayed in Delhi/NCR for a long period, so i was kind of scared of visiting a doctor. I was so scared of my surgery as i was not prepared for it, but she made me feel comfortable, she was continuously in touch with me for the updates related to surgery. She even answered my queries during her vacation, what else we can expect from a Doctor these days. As a patient you should be confident enough that you are in safe hands, I would say i felt it since beginning. She gave me the motivation to walk post my surgery. You will see the concern for yourself while talking to her. That is the only reason i went for the surgery immediately. I really thank Doc for treating me and for helping me in recovering also. She is a nice soul and can be your friend too :)
