Admitted for Angiography, after it my Mother feeling cold very badly. Staff doesn't responded well when she has mentioned to them, And after angiography done they shifted her to ICU for observation and almost for 2 hours

Staff doesn't responded well when she has mentioned to them, And after angiography done they shifted her to ICU for observation and almost for 2 hours I was waited for what has happened but no one has informed me about it as I was just sitting outside the room.

After discharge felt bleeding problem, she felt too much pain. The skin area around the leg become black largely.

We had rush again to hospital to show them.

Too bad experience. Had good setup as hospital seems Hotel, however if you ask any assistance regarding patient query everyone will pointing to other to reply no will give correct direction from doctor to billing dept.
