Dr. Sumedh Giri

It's first time so don't want to comment on doctor and still diagnosis is going on.

I want to share feedback on hospital and process which you people are created and because of which patient facing problem.

1. There are lots of checkpoint which any one want to avoid. Why three entry and no way to avoid it.

2. Even someone can follow all the rules and regulations and checkpoints but for second time visitor or one want to show just reports for that there is waiting time of number of patient there. There is only one child specialist is there and always there is long queue. My waiting time to show reports is more then 1 hours.

3. Not sure hospital have old or outdated software which didn't have all the basic details related to all test written by doctor. Or person who is seating on the seat don't have knowledge. In my case person who is seating in reception called technician who didn't came and then after long waiting time I went to office and asked to take this process ahead which take around 30 min more.

5. On reception nurses are prompt in giving you answer but he or she need to asking with some one else every time. Means who is seating don't have complete knowledge.

I may recommend doctor but not the hospital.

Key points

- He understand kids behavior very well.

- He understand parents very well.

- He explains the problem and solution (medical and non-medical both) very clearly

- He also suggests and give apt solutions for eating, playing and any other activity related queries.

- Mind you, he can also politely rebuke you on your bad practices, even for minute things like toy we carry during visit.

Maybe above description might not justify his stature, visit once and know it yourself.

Charges Rs 300/visit.

Dr.sumedh Giri is very friendly and care taking person...he took too much care of my baby...his treatment,and way of speaking is nice...vaccination facilities are also available....my baby was suffering from neonatal jaundice... BT phototherapy system is also at same place...there is no need to take here and there to baby for different place for different problems....everything at one place....thanks a lot to Dr.sumedh Giri...for treating and taking care of my baby....I will suggest my friends and family members... To you...

Very calm and friendly nature. Gives ample time to understand the problem and kids behavior. No nonsense doctor and approaches the problem in a very composed manner. I went for my kids vaccination, but since the vaccine was not available he asked the hospital to refund the consultation. I highly recommend the doctor.

As a parent i was really happy that i could take my daughter to Dr. Sumedh Giri for all the consultations(Cold, Cough, Fever, vomiting.. etc) from one year. All I have is positive reviews for the doctor and hospital staff as well. Dr. Sumedh Giri spends good time with the child and tries to understand the child's problem before prescribing any medicines. One thing I like the most is, he tries to avoid antibiotics as much as possible.

He is experienced doctor. Identifies the problem immediately. Explains the things in simple and detailed manner.

I aquinted Dr sumedh sir from past 12 yrs when they were practicing at Hingoli District . They are very friendly and caring person. They leave Hingoli and hingolikar missed top most pediatric for forever. Sir really miss u

Dr. Is calm however we noticed that he could not satisfactorily answer most of our questions with regards to our baby's growth which defeated the purpose of visiting a pediatrician.

He did not recommend any thing related to her growth and future growth. Could not answer queries pertaining to her blood group etc.

Doctor was patient and heard all the problems and did a thorough check.

Then recommended the medicines and explained how some of them were SoS (given it was a weekend)

Well thought through responses and very understanding of the parents's condition too.

This is the third visit to Dr Giri, my 1 year old son was having fever Dr Giri himself suggested not to give any kind of antibiotics which is rare in these days as most of the Dr will start antibiotic immediately for fever. Dr Giri prescribes minimum and light medicines which is very good thing.

He gives sufficient time to each patient which is his USP I will say.
