**** ****** *** **** Excellent experience. Very calm doctor, well experienced, quick treatment, value the time and money. I am giving feedback after one month when I am completely fine. I was suffering Otosclerosis in which there was abnormal bone growth in my right ear. I was having pain and hearing loss. I was suffering this problem from last 4 year. I visited various doctors but could not get satisfactory response. Some were saying about a major surgery with 3 month bed rest or surgery will be done by a team of doctor including neurosurgeon or I have to be in hospital for 7 days post-surgery etc.

Last month I visited to Dr. Shweta Patil and explained my problem. She heard problem very patiently and cleared all the doubts. She recommended for surgery which was also recommended others doctors but the best part she explained everything about situation of pre and post-surgery. I had undergone through surgery and released from hospital after 24 hours. I took rest of 15 days as recommended by doctor. I was very scared and precautious about health but doctor encourage me to start normal life style after 7 days. I have joined my office within 20 days and currently living my normal lifestyle. You can understand the excellency, expertise, attentiveness and satisfactory experience that I have undergone through this surgery without informing my family members. I am feeling very good now. Looking forward for taking full treatment for my throat infection. Doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks ma'am i would recommend you to everyone but only problem is, i have to wait 45 minutes for my turn. Using Practo for the first time & i'm very disappointed with their commitment.

Thank you Doctor for building our confidence. She is good in her role. She is not asking to spend money until and unless not required for any unnecessary test and all. Earlier surgeon was suggested us for lessar operation to resolve throat and pain issue. But she has diverted us at correct direction and resolved our issue without any such operation with Appropriate treatment. I will recommend her t other's.good to go please.

I was visited to fr Shweta Patil for mouth sores problem .

After that i went to hospital to tell my case to Dr and return medicine ** ** *** *** ****** ** *** *nobody has entertained me not even my medicine returned to pharmacist saying it is out of our policy.

Overall very rude and unprofessional.

She attented to my symptoms, adviced me for chest x-ray (available at the same facility within minutes). I was asked to wait (almost 2hrs) and finally a junior doctor shows up saying my report has been sent to her on WHATSAPP. ***** ** **** ***** ** *********** **** ** ***** ** **** ******* Really disappointed!!!!

From the comments, i believe she actively replies on Practo. Her staff won't let me reach out to her hence leaving feedback here.

I had allergy bronchitis, which resulted in unbearable continuous cough. I visited doctor, she examined completely. With a treatment of 3 weeks am completely fine now. Its been 2-3 months now, i haven't faced such issue. She also did couple of follow up over Practo. Must recommend if you have any ENT related issue, visit her.
