The team at the clinic was very warm and friendly from the time I stepped in and left. I got my teeth cleaned , and for the very first time I felt like I was in good hands. I was Walked through the entire process and even informed that I should let them know if there’s any discomfort during the cleaning. I luckily did not have any trouble. My teeth feel squeaky clean. Dr Vineeta looked after my teeth cleaning and made sure I felt comfortable. She gave me a few tips on how to look after my sensitive gums and how to brush effectively. Overall , a fantastic experience for me. Definitely recommending the clinic to my friends. Thank you Sweet Smiles !

Dr. Shilpa Rao and her team are very warm and cooperative. I was explained about the problem and the entire procedure of the treatment. Dr. Rao has always been very polite in answering to all my queries and making me comfortable right from the first sitting. I remember how scared I was visiting to a dentist before this. The best thing about her is that apart from being proficient in her field she takes good care of the patient right from making them feel comfortable, looking minutely at the issues so that nothing gets unnoticed and makes sure the patient has very minimal or no pain during the procedure.

I would highly recommend her for any dental problems.

Visited Dr Shilpa Rao's clinic this week....I must say my experience was really good! We are all apprehensive of visiting a dentist( myself included)...but I must say Dr Rao makes it really comfortable for you....She walks you through each step of the treatment...Her bedside etiquette is excellent! She has a very friendly and cordial support staff which I must honestly say I rarely find at a doctor's clinic! I was very satisfied with the treatment...no unnecessary treatments recommended by her.I would recommend Dr Rao to all!
