Polite with patient very calmly he listens to all the queries of patient and then suggest the best treatment. He never push you for unnecessary treatment. I was suffering from active Acne and deep scars on my face. He suggested the scar revision , I said yes and today I'm leading a total different life style. He changed my life totally. Yes, I visited the chamber, where I was given first a form to fill up . Then with in short hours was attended by a lady doctor. Dr. Shanti Prasad only suggested her over phone. Though I was not happy at first. But the result was good. I was given some prescription to buy tablets from the clinic itself. Result was immediate. Only 500/- fee seems to a bit high and a prescribed tablets of approx 450/- otherwise ok.
