I just wanted to drop a note for Thank you for providing a very healthy diet plan and recommend to easy workout also, I wish to share my experience for People they facing same problem and want to lose the weight.
I had visited to experienced Dietitian Ms. Shahenaz Anwar Shaikh for weight loss and diet counselling. On our first visit she checked our weight found that my weight is 22 kgs more than ideal weight at this age. She studied my medical and gave us appropriate diet. She was very confident on proposed diet with workout to lose weight. The Workout comprised of 5 KM walk and staircase walk + Cardio in Gym. The Diet was well planned and there was a snack every hour almost because of which we were never hungry. I had no cravings as she had included a lot of our favorite foods as well (Limited quantity).

I have followed the proper diet plan and instruction and results are front of me, I have reduce 11 kgs weight within 55 days and since doing the changes she recommended for me, my skin has cleared up as well as I am no longer feeling sluggish or bloated all the time.
I have now tools to set myself up for success and that's all thanks to her! If you are looking for a nutritionist, look no further because she is it!
I've read many books and relied on GOOGLE for health and fitness and have tried many eating and exercise programs resulting in limited benefit, but have never been able to put it all together and fully realize my health and fitness goals. I was tired and frustrated as nothing was going my way... I then decided to consult Dr Shahnaz Shaikh as my last hope with appropriate guidance and balanced diet I lost around 8.5 kgs in 1 1/2 month and soon realized how incorrect diet I was following. My journey with Dr. Shahnaz Shaikh has now changed my previous aim which was losing weight to my new aim which is leading a healthy life throughout.

My mother was suffering from lumbar canal stenosis and high blood pressure.Doctor advised her to do surgery and to loose weight upto 15 kg's. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Shahenaz this summer when I contacted her for nutrition and weight loss. Last 1 and half years I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. With Dr Shahenaz program, I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. She did not restrict my eating habit but showed me how to read labels and introduce healthier things into my diet. She taught me which foods encourage healthier lifestyle and living. She also showed me how to increase my exercise so that my body work more efficiently towards my goal. Through her program, I stopped thinking about weight loss and began thinking that I was learning to change my life. She is an excellent nutrition who listens to the patient and takes care of him/her with great attention.

I met Shahnaz two years ago.Although iwas recommended different diet plans but could not continue with them due to certain health issues.But this time I followed the diet plan made easy for me followed by one hr morning walk & one & a half hour of exercise in the evening..I lost four kgs within a month & still continuing with ,the same routine..Thankyou Shahnaz for your inspiration.
Shahenaz understands the patients requirement and his lifestyle very well and recommends a diet which will be easy to follow and gain quick results. Ma'am helped me to increase my muscle mass. In about a month I could see positive results.Explains diet in detail and makes it easier by giving better options. Could connect to her easily whenever required and guided me on every doubt..
The counselling done by Ms Shahenaz Shaikh was really in detail.She tried not to miss even minute habbit of food.I really appreciate the time she spends after each person and the way she provides diet chart keeping patients comfort in mind.The chart has surely brought fruitful result for me.
