Doctor explained everything but treatment is going on so it will be better to comment after treatment completion.

As usual, Dr. Santosh Sir is superb. Now they became like our family doctor. this time, we visited for our kid's hair line ankle fracture. she is recovering well. Thank you so much Sir. !!!

Dr. Santosh Teli has become our family orthopedician as we have family history of bone issues. First time we visited him in emergency when my mother had shoulder fracture. *** ******* *** ***** ********* ****** fracture was difficult to identify and also explained everything in detail calmly. His response to emergency and later assistance in communicating with our family physiotherapist was extra ordinary. Since then my family members have been visiting him of any orthopedic treatment.

I recently got treatment for Frozen shoulder and it was again perfectly treated with physiotherapy and exercise.

His approach of treating patients with step by step diagnosis and treatment is very well appreciable. He never rushed to conclusion or suggested unnecessary tests, X-rays unless required and treatment was always cost effective. Cost of treatment is optimal considering expertise and facilities available in Hospital.

My request to doctor would be to never let go the sense of humanity you already have, you are excellent doctor and human being. Thank you.

Both the Doctors are very good but overall it is very expensive. They are carrying out all the procedures including blood test,xray ,excimer etc at there own clinic still there is no much relief on charges...

I am visiting for lower back pain and my wife for vitiligo and average cost that we both beard during first consultation was around 6k which looks on higher side considering everything they will do within clinic only...

They shud work on discount part if expense for patient is increasing.

It takes forever to see the Doctor. Even after booking the appointment it is never on time.

Average wait time even booking appointment is between 1 to 2 hrs.

I consulted doctor Santosh Teli for removing Implant from right elbow. *** ** ****** **** *** ******* ** *** ***** *** **** *** ****** *********** ****** ********* ** *** ********* The details of the treatment and surgery was provided in most comprehensive and even the minute details were explained clearly. The surgery was relatively complex in nature but Dr. Santosh nailed it with his expertise to have the Implant removed successfully overcoming all the challenges efficiently. My overall experience has reconfirmed the saying that "When the going gets tough, tough gets going" and Dr. Santosh is a classic example of it. Special thanks to hospital staff Rahul, Ayaz and all nurses who made me feel like home during my stay in the hospital. Thanks Doctor and all staff members for looking up to me and ensuring I get the best possible treatment.

Nice reception and courteous staff. Doctor attended immediately as my wife was in pain and needed attention. XRay was taken and it was detected there was a hairline fracture at 2 places in the foot area.

So far so good!! Doctor wrote prescription with various tablets and ointments required to treat pain and recover from the fractures in the bone. The prescribed medicine was ONLY available at the medical store in the clinic. This, I realized as I decided to not take the prescribed medicines there (while the staff insisted me to take it there) as my local medicine store gives me 15% discount and delivers them home. Little I knew that the same medicine was not available at 2 other medical stores. The medical store personnel gave me similar composition tablets for 2 of the medicines but could not understand another one in the prescription. The clinic number on the prescription was constantly busy for me to get in touch with them to ask alternate medicine.

I had severe lower back pain.Doctor explained it very well.

Doctor Teli is very experienced and polite.Listens your problem carefully and makes you comfortable and explains situation/problem thoroughly.Never set you in a wrong direction.

Highly recommended.Specially People who are working from home in this pandemic.

My daughter had a fracture near her elbow. We took her immediately to Chirayu and were referred to Dr. Teli as he is a specialist in this bones. The further procedures were quick and effective as an X- ray was taken immediately by the doctor. He identified the spot and recommended a plaster. The team then secured a hard plaster and my daughter was comfortable and out of pain soon. The fracture healed as expected in 4 weeks of time and Dr. even had a follow up. Dr. Teli is very experienced and also very friendly and explains the problem well. I am filly satisfied with the treatment. Thank you!
