I am having Gout - Uric acid problem for last 10 years and wanted to try Ayurveda since Allopathy has got side effects due to NSAID, painkillers etc.. hence I decided to Visit Sanjeevani Ayurveda - Dr Sangeeta Ma'am based on Practo reviews.

Doctor first asked me about history and daily routine then after nadi pariksha, she gave me Medicines which will work on my digestion. Then, for pain management and for Pitta dosha and Vata Dosha Doctor gave me medicines.

In 15 days I could notice my digestion was improved. But since my Uric acid level was 10.5 I was having pain for that I kept on taking NSAID painkillers along with Ayurvedic treatment.

After improvement in digestion Doctor suggested me Panchakarma - which is Virechana It helps to detoxify the body and remove Pitta dosha.

Also, she gave me detailed understanding on the process of Virechana.

After Virechana was completed my Uric acid also reduced to 9.3 and Joint pain got reduced substantially. After 3 months of treatment my Uric acid level is normal now below 7 .

Also, she suggested small small diet changes which also helped me to reduce

pitta dosha in my body which are easy to follow. I can say Dr Sangeeta Ma'am

Also, going forward I will be doing Virechana panchakarma once in year to keep my Uric acid under check and avoid Gout flares for future.

Hello we were trying to conceive a baby since 3 yrs.My wife side was clear.but my sperm count was very low and motility was also less than normal.there is no perfect medicine as I heard in allopathy.somebody suggested me for ayurvedic treatment.
