Dr. Bharat has been a very kind, helpful, and loving vet to my cat, Ollie. His treatment and clinical judgment have always been spot-on, and I’ve felt truly reassured by his care. He’s highly competent and gentle, and it’s clear he genuinely loves animals.However, the clinic setup could use some improvements. There’s a significant parking issue, and unfortunately, no proper waiting area. My Persian cat often struggled during summer visits due to the lack of a cool, comfortable space. The reception area also felt a bit chaotic at times. Waiting time has been inconsistent—sometimes quick, but we’ve also had to wait for over an hour on occasion.I sincerely hope the clinic expands or renovates to include a spacious, air-conditioned waiting area for pets and pet parents. With better administration, the experience would match the doctor’s excellent care.
