Great doctor. Equally awful staff. Wouldn't have visited again if doctor wasn't so good. He's great at explanation as well as treatment of issues. No complains from doctor so far, after several visits even.

To be the perfect clinic, all he needs now is a qualified amicable staff who are actually good at estimating average wait times instead of blatantly lying and keeping patients in the dark. Additionally, they're not that great at dressing of wounds either. It's hardly a rocket science, nurses of all people need to perfect it.

This doctor does not offer any permanent solutions. I visited him regarding my acne concerns, and it's been almost a year with zero improvement. Initially, you may see some difference, but once you stop the medication, the pimples return.

Each visit costs around 8k-10k for the prescribed medicines and products, Every visit results in new expensive products and medicines being suggested, yet there is no visible improvement despite the significant expenditure.

During my last visit, I opted for a carbon peel, which unfortunately resulted in a burn scar on my forehead. When I contacted the hospital, their response was very lenient and uncaring. I advise against not visiting this doctor, as it doesn't seems like genuine medical practice.

The staff and Dr. Anand were very helpful in terms of diagnosing and understanding the problem and clear on the treatment for the same. Seeing visible results too within a week.

Doctor is friendly, and treatment provided is good, BUT, and this is a big BUT, on all three of my visits there, I had to experience a 1 Hr wait time, even with no patients in queue, simply because the doctor is late. This is quite sad, because the treatment otherwise is quite well done.

Did not see any improvement even after spending 45,000. I was told the difference will be visible post first session, However no change even after 6 sessions. Now the ask is to continue further…

It’s a little expensive but definitely worth it
