Doctors service is good and every health issue is explained well overall good treatment.

I have known Dr.Renu Mahtani for a very long time *** *** ********* ** ******** She recently treated my family and me as we were Covid infected. Under her medical supervision and the medication prescribed by her we have recovered completely. She is extremely patient and willing to answer any questions that we have to ask. Extremely comforting and compassionate and most importantly allows enough time for consulting. We consult her regularly for all our health related issues.

My mother was suffering from severe skin problems under her feet and hands causing itchiness and irritation. She has been to many doctors for treatment for last 2-3 years but none seem to help. I came to know about Dr.Renu Mahtani through a friend of mine who is taking treatment from her. Glad I came to know about her and I contacted her assistant Dr Mansi and she suggested blood work to be done and after submiiting the results she gave an appointment through video consultation with Dr Renu. She looked at the skin issues and understood the problem and suggested medication and diet on what to eat and what not to eat. The meds she gave were mostly gut cleaning and vitamins . Within 3- 4 weeks of the course we could see tremendous improvement. My mother is very relieved and happy now all because of the excellent treatment and support from Dr Renu and her team. I strongly recommend her for any skin problems. It works wonders.

The first time I visited the doctor, she explained what was wrong with me sincerely and well. I'd been trying to find a diagnosis for a long time, and the doctor helped me understand it. I was asked to do further tests and I did them the very next day. However, when I sent my reports and asked for an appointment, I was given no response. I contacted them regularly, I was just asked to contact their 2nd number, and the 2nd number would ask me to contact them on their 1st day. After 20 days I finally received an appointment but again it was cancelled and I was told I's have to reschedule. I was tired of the way this handled. I agreed and booked a virtual session. There was no clarity, there was heavy mismanagement. Service wasn't on time. For a doctor like her, with her knowledge and expertise, the way patients are treated is disappointing. I was very dissatisfied with the service and will not be returning to this place again. Doctors should value the patients' time as much as they value theirs. Dr. Renu is an esteemed *** **** doctor, they require a better patient-doctor interaction and a good follow up system. Thank you for your diagnosis Dr, but your team should match your expertise.

She is really amazing..She guided me as a elder sister and the best thing is she really takes interest in her patient and she doesn't think much about money..because it's my personal experience that after talking to 5 or 6 days she took money from me..even I was surprised how it could be happen but it was. In just 50 days i got 90-95% result in my psoriasis ..I was suffering since last 24 years and it started when I was of just 6 month old..And today my life without psoriasis is really amazing..She is like God for me..
