I have booked appointment with Dr. Renu and visited the clinic. She was very friendly and polite with me. She had explained all the things in details. I am satisfied with her treatment and I will like to recommend her for other also. Positive response from the clinic staff, the place was neat and hygienic.

Visited the doctor with 11:00 AM appointment, finally doctor arrived at 12:05. Further waited and finally left around 12;30. I missed my office due all the delay. Was advised to book 11:30 AM for next time.Come next visi

Visited the doctor with 11:00 AM appointment, finally doctor arrived at 12:05. Further waited and finally left around 12;30. I missed my office due all the delay. Was advised to book 11:30 AM for next time.Come next visit, I reached at 11:25 AM, but again Doctor was not there and asked to wait for 10 min. I waited for 20 mins, and then I left. That's my experience. Don't know about treatment but can't continue at cost of my work.

Absolutely mismanaged clinic. I have been waiting for 45 mins (and counting) for an appointment which was rescheduled by the doctor herself. Practo also misses their commitment of 15 mins guaranteed. Pls don’t call if y
