We visited Dr Pushkar Deshpande for my father's plastic surgery after an Achilles tendon surgery of his leg. Doctor explained us the exact procedure he would be doing to cover the tendon such that it won't be exposed to any infection going ahead.

After the surgery also doctor took much care of my father when we visited for the dressing of his leg. It took some time for the wound to heal but everything doctor gave us positive hopes that the wound would heal and after some days now my father's wound is completely healed and he is able to walk properly. My mother was suffering from gangerne due to diabetics. It was a serious issue due to absence of blood circulation; already she had lost her toes. Now the challenge was to save her leg from amputation. Dr. Pushkar Deshpande gave us excellent treatment and took great efforts to save her leg. Dr. Deshpande tried their level best and successfully cured diabetic wound in such critical situation. We are very thankful to him.

I had a condition called Gynaecomastia. I was looking to get rid of that.

Dr. Deshpande explained me well about this condition, possible causes and the remedy. Looking at his experience in treating such conditions, I decided to go for the surgery he recommended. I also had a per-existing cardiac problem. Owing to this, he took special care while operating me and did the surgery quite skilfully.
