1. We thank u for appreciation of our doctor. But... sir, we have small optical counter for patients convenience

Sir u r saying our sales person at spectacle counter is pathetic.... but sir... u and ur wife both liked spectacle frames and u both were thoroughly counseled about pros and cons of progressive lenses...and after that only u both were happy to order lens..... and then main problem arose at the time of payment.... our facility had clearly mentioned at the reception counter that we dont accept card payment (can b verified by anyone at anytime)...and u were adamant for credit card payment only..... we offered upi payment or online payment for which u were not ready ( for reasons known to u only)

As you were adamant for card payment only... our sales person out of way offered u card payment thru one other card swipe machine (not belonging to hospital)... for that he said if u want credit card payment only... please bear 2.3% extra. ( as why he shud bear 2.3% loss in deductions at the time of settlement.)

After that u only started arguing and wanted free consultation as u were buying spectacles.

Sorry sir... it was our sales persons mistake that he offered credit card payment through his own card swipe machine ( even though it was written clearly at reception counter that.. card facility is not available) and he received appreciation from u as adjectives as pathetic and adamant...

Sir u were comparing our hospital services with the hifi and overpriced optical shops where u r offered with the free eye check up and u fall pray to glitter and glamour and finally end up paying too much from ur pockets only.... but that's ur choice sir..
