I went to Dr Piyush bansal for my son who got an eye infection Dr Bansal immediatly after checkup diagnosed the problem and gave my son some medicines as my son had exams and was very worried Dr spoke to him and made him feel relaxed and told him not to worry as he would get perfectly well soon after his treatment my son was perfectly fine and also could give his exams Dr Bansal's diagnosis is perfect and he is a very helpful Dr and a very good listener to his patients problems. i always recommend him to whoever requires a Ophthalmologist. thank you Dr Piyush Bansal

Visited Dr. Bansal for my wife's eye checkup. He said that there is a whole in Retina and to get it laser operated soon. the suggestion gave us a scare and prior to proceeding, we went ahead with two **** ***** Eye specialist/Retina surgeons. **** *** ******** ****** *** ******

My dad is a diabetic patiet and had developed a cataract in his eye. We were unable to find a suitable doctor to get operated. There is minimum of one hour waiting even if you are the only patient. Consultation and tests charges are way more expensive than others. After waiting for the 1.5 hours with my 70 year old mother I decided to leave and met the Doctor at the parking below his clinic. He was rude and had no courtesy for women. He parked his car so close to mine that I didn’t have space to open the Driver door. He refused to move his car, and finally I had to climb in from the passenger side. A behaviour not expected **** ** ****** ******** ***

I visited at around 3.30pm. I was the only patient and the doctor asked the assistant to check n not delate until her returns. He made is wait for 1 hour and the receptionist made us wait stating he will be back in 10 mins. 10 mins turned into 1 hour and 10 mins and the doctor still did not come. After an hour and 10 mins I asked the receptionist again and she said another 15 mins. I got frustrated and left. Sad experience .. he could have rather waited for 10 minutes, checked and then leave for wherever he wanted to go..

It seemed to be a highly transactional experience. I was slapped with a ready made chit that had tests I need to go through. Very expensive! When I told them that I will need time to decide, I was told that net was down and that it would not be possible to generate my report. I asked them to send a soft copy and all of a sudden, net was up!!! Not happy at all!
