Dr. Pallab is very experienced, very helpful, has a lot of knowledge about Dogs and cats and birds of ALL Breeds. The clinic is very hygienic and clean. Also Thanks to the guy who works with Dr. Pallab to maintain the clinic by keeping it clean and proper. ( No need to worry about spread of coronavirus because only one person and their pet is allowed at a time in the clinic with the doctor ). All precautions are been taken with regards to this pandemic. Online payments ( Digital payments ) are smooth in the clinic. Dr. Pallab and Dr. Bishakha are Animal lovers too. So they treat people's pet with love and care and concern. Also you'll be getting reminder messages one day prior regarding an appointment about your pet. And much more free advices for your concerns about your pets.Dr. Pallab gives a hard copy of beautiful file in which all the details are been written down by himself whenever v visit him for any treatment for cats dogs or birds. He gives us a file in which thers a record of our pet which contains details of vaccination record, Deworming records, Anti- tick treatment Records etc etc... It is very important to have a record of all this as long as our pet is with us. Also one unique thing about Dr. Pallab is his handwriting... As we all know about the bad handwritings of some doctors when they scribble on prescriptions etc etc... Not that kind of case in Pets Heaven. Because its a HEAVEN for all the pets.
