Dr. Neelima Deshpande has over 29 years experience as a gynecologist and over 15 years as a urogynecologist and 10 years as a sexologist. Dr. Deshpande completed her postgraduate training in obstetrics, general gynecology, and urogynecology at the Birmingham Women’s Hospital. She has worked in the UK since 1997 at several teaching hospitals and at consultant level for over 10 years in gynecology and in sexual and reproductive health. She practices at Sara Clinic, for the major part of the week.She has experience of managing complicated urogynaecological cases with pelvic floor dysfunction and is trained in the surgical and conservative management of urinary incontinence in women. I have shown my problem to so many doctors they use to give me antibiotics, for two week i use to feel fine but after that i again face the problem. Many doctors said its common and with the course of time it will settle.

Dr Neelima is one of the best Doctor i have ever met. She is very intelligent and have a vast knowledge. I have Consulted many doctors but nobody was able to diagnose they all give same antibiotic and after some time again my problem reoccurs. Then i met Dr Neelima , she did proper analysis of my problem and gave appropriate medicine for the same.
As per my experience she is the best doctor in Pune. Thumps Up for her. :)

I had an appointment at 4:30pm. When I visited the clinic I didn’t have to wait for a second also, within seconds I was in the cabin for further examination. What can I say about Dr. Neelima madam; her history taking, examination and explaination on what I am suffering from, was excellent. She was more as a friend than a doctor to me. It was really nice meeting her.
