Navpreet Ma'am has been very cooperative with treatment. The treatment is of highest order and so are the equipments.Most of the fillings and RCT happened with modern technology like laser therapy. So it was seamless and painless with single visit procedure. Obviously there will be follow-ups. And ma'am makes sure patient doesn't feel discomfort at any point of time. She keeps asking if a patient is doing fine and if patient feels slightest of discomfort she stops asks the issue and operates accordingly. I personally had close to painless treatment. The pain was because of deep cavities and not the way she treated me.Yes the pricing can be a bit lesser especially for permanent fillings else I felt laser assisted RCT was reasonably priced.I will recommend her for someone who wants a good long term treatment and who believes in one time investment on better treatment and diagnosis. And yes she figured out pretty quickly from x-rays whats the exact issue.She is well versed with her profession and there's a reason why she is highly rated on online platforms .

I understand that Dr.Navpreet intends to develop dental care as an integral part of her medical practice. I live in Bangalore and was on a holiday in Pune which is 800+ Kms away from home, I suffered a tooth infection which caused severe swelling in my jaw, mouth, cheek. Dr. Navpreet saw me almost immediately, prescribed antibiotics, and gave me a lot of help and confidence. Dr. Navpreet saw me again the next day and successfully drained the abscess assuring me that I would not need to cut short the holiday. I so was very impressed with her treatment and attention, that I got treatment from her for impaction in my mandibular jaw, whilst I was on my next trip to Pune. I highly recommed Dr. Navpreet for all your dental and oral care, She is a very good doctor and even greater friend.

I visited second time and this time for the most fearful Root Canal Treatment. I heard very bad things about this from my friends but Dr. Bhatia has removed the fear completely. She explained me in detail about each and every step and prepared me so well for the treatment and everything was easy therafter. Her staff is courteous and friendly. Wait time is very less and well managed. Clinic environment is soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend Dr. Bhatia. :)

I had a broken tooth,3 of my friends referred me to this clinic as they also got their treatment done here and had very good experience....Doctor did amazing job on my tooth and I can't believe I have artificial front tooth... it is exactly matching with adjuscent teeth and so much better than before...earlier my tooth was forwardly placed but doctor has taken it backwards just by putting a crown on top of it... Now my smile is fixed permanently and I can smile more confidently... Thanks to V r smile makers team..

Well, I am bit lazy to give such feedback but as I refer other people feedback which help me so I decided to give my feedback about this doctor.

As other people said, doctor is really polite and listen our problem completely. Doctors explained treatment in detailed. I was bit afraid about rough hand of doctor during root canal as they are doing treatment of my mother but my mother experience was good. My mother said me that they operate very smoothly.

Coming to treatment expenses, I think the charges are comparatively okay. I will definitely refer this doctor for your dental treatment.

I have completed my RCT at Dr Bhatia's Clinic and it was really a great experience. My fear and doubts are all cleared by Dr Bhatia

Things I liked the most..

1) Very professional yet friendly doctor and staff.

2) The clinic is spacious, very clean and well utilized

3) Very flexible with booking/rescheduling appointment

4) Doctor has been very descriptive and explained me well what needs to be done, why it is needed, how it is done and Did all of it very well as explained.

5) The ambience is very unlike a clinic the music really helps get away from the dental thoughtsss

6) Dr Bhatia gave me a lot of information about dental health which assured me that I am under right hands and won't be booked for something which has not happened or will never happen.

7) The billing and other formalities were smooth.

I still remember that dark Sunday evening, when I traveled from Mumbai to Pune. I was having severe pain in my tooth, I was new to this city and not well versed about medical support present in this city. I just browsed in google and only option left was Dr Navpreet Bhatia. Till the time my first sitting was not completed, I was not sure how Doctor is and her experience in this area.

There is a saying “Good luck needs no explanation”. Getting a best doctor at right time is really a great thing and for me Dr Navpreet Bhatia is one of them.

The way she treated my case was excellent, the way she explained the root cause of the issue was remarkable. Any doctor can do treatment for any kind of disease, but most important part which today most of the doctor forget is “Treatment with care” and make patient comfortable which is most important and Dr Navpreet Bhatia is an example for Treatment with care” and make patient comfortable with treatment procedure. She ensures that whatever medication she provides doesn’t have any side effect and if at all any side effect is there, upfront she will let you know and ensures that patient should not consume more. Dr Navpreet keeps good transparency in her medical treatment which is really a great thing in today’s world.

Clinic is nice & clean. Dentist is experienced ,

But Dentist is charging too much for *** ****** procedure.

(I mean for Wisdom tooth cleaning for Approx 3-4 mins. She charges 1700 Rs & medicines of approx 750 Rs) so total 2450 Rs .

Also she is giving too much of medicine, including pain killers even if you say it's not pains much.
