My Mother was admitted for knee joint replacement surgery on 13th Aug 2018 with new Technology Robotic joint replacement . It is very successful and Patient is very happy due to fast recovery and she walk in 4 days day of first knee surgery and second operated after 8 days , it may due to age/hb factors.
My mother is having age 71+ year and diabetes patient still we decided to operate after discussion with doctor and we are happy to see that all well except when petionet discharge after 16 days ,on same day fever started on everyday at 6-7 PM and i visited to lokmanya on daily basis , every day seems treatment was changed but no luck and finally i took petionen to other MD medicine doctor, in between i was asking to meet Dr. Narendra Vaidya and Dr. Rakesh Patil to assist me on it , unfortunately i could not get help to connect with them.
On 2nd Oct practo booked our appointment with Dr. Narendra Vaidya , But my mother was not well and she was admitted in hospital for 15 days . Yesterday she got discharged and now i am looking for follow up meet with Dr. Narendra Vaidya .
Hope so i will get positive response.

My mom visited the lokmanya hospital nigadi for knee pain treatment. Experience with dr Vaidya is not good. He without talking properly, without explaining the problem, **** ******* ********* ******** handover the papers to assistant doctor who later on asked my mom for knee replacement surgery. Also fees are at higher side although I don't have problem about the fees ,but feel it is not value for mon+y

Nor the doctor gave time and explain , he tells to go to counselor , they don't explain anything about implant surgery, risk and complications , they said ask the doctor only he knows we don't know about it and doctor don't give time and explain to me, * ****** ******** **** **** ** ********* *** **** **** ** *********** ********

I didn't consult Dr. Vaidya. I was directed towards the casualty doctor. The hospital is well maintained given the covid situation. The doctor patiently listened to my problems and gave meds for 10 days. Let's see how this works out.1 thing that didn't work out was that the Sonography. The test facility at lokmanya hospital is highly overcharged and they dont even give a print out of the sonography. And this they pointed out after the process was completed.
