Happy with Doctor friendliness, Explanation of the health issue, Treatment satisfaction.

Dr Meghana Giri Mam, you are outstanding, you are not just doctor for us, but more than that. We meet you mam in the 17 weeks of my pregnancy hope you remember that time we almost are in the negative zone just because of the previous doctor consultation and suggestion. That time we almost need a someone who makes us positive and makes out into a positive zone and that time GOD finds you for us

So, if u all are looking for a doctor who actually cares for u and thinks good for ur future... go blindly for Dr Meghana Giri Mam. She is a beautiful human being and very much concerned about her patient.

It was that day and my delivery day... we followed to each and every instruction that she gave it to us.

We were blessed with a baby Girl on 25th March 2018 and delivery was conducted by Doctor Meghana Giri Mam. It was a great decision to go to her the first time and carry this beautiful journey throughout.

Me and my husband highly recommend Dr Meghana Giri Mam, for Gynecology or Obstetric cases.

So this is a long story, and one of the most horrific experiences I've had till date.

I was suffering from urinary tract itching and mild infection for about 4-5 days and booked an appointment for the doctor on Friday for 7pm. I reached on time and was asked to wait for the doctor; 1 hour passed by and I had some other commitments so I had to leave and rescheduled my appointment to Saturday 11am.

On Saturday, at 11 am, I was asked to first visit a pre-OPD room where they noted my vitals. Then after 25 mins of wait, I was asked to meet a Junior doctor who asked me about the history and symptoms. After 10 minutes of pre-diagnosis, I was asked to wait for another 15 mins, post which Dr. Meghana came.

I met the Dr and discussed my symptoms with her, to which she was quite patient and examined me well. I had to repeat alot of things I mentioned during my pre-diagnosis, but I was happy with the overall experience. She asked me to take a urine and a blood test post which she would prescribe me treatment. The tests took about 15-20 mins and I was asked to collect reports and visit the doctor the next day, ~12pm.

On Sunday, is when the disturbing experiences started to unfold. I reached the hospital at 1215 pm, and the doctor was unavailable. After 30 mins of waiting, another doctor, Junior Doctor No.2, visits me and asks about my symptoms. I had a very frustrating reaction, given I had not been prescribed any treatment for the last 3 days and my symptoms were only getting degraded. To which, Junior Doctor No.2, calls Dr. Meghana and asks for prescribed medicine. I told her that my symptoms were a bit more than yesterday and she asked me if she could examine me. I said yea sure and then she+ 2 other nurses escort me to an OT room.

I was asked to lie down for examination. The OT room was very very disturbing, it had a bed sheet that still had blood stains on it, a beige coloured plastic bed-mat on top of it that still had marks of someone who had just been operated and cotton swabs around the bed that were soaked with blood and betadine. There were 3 people in the room to examine me and I felt so horrific that I left the room in tears refusing to let them do the examination. I quickly took my reports and left the hospital.

This was one of the most traumatising experiences of visiting a Gynae and I want to write this feedback to highlight the degraded conditions and behaviour of the staff at Rising Medicare Kharadi hospital. I hope someone takes notice and this gets escalated to the authorities.
