we were about 5/10 mins later than our appointment time, and the doctor was on the phone ( a personal call) . There was no apology for talking in front of patients, especially since it was not an urgent call.

secondly , there was no greeting the patient and she just very curtly asked us what brought us there.

basic general courtesy - like greet a customer / patient that sets the mood right.

this expectation is not too much to ask as this was the first appointment and not at the end of the day!
