One word goes right with Dr Mangesh Danej " a cardiologist with golden heart" I am 64 . My BP & BPM level was not in control for past 2 months . After taking multiple opinion, I visited Dr. Mangesh at Jupiter during 1st week of Feb . He heard me out very clearly with no sign of impatience. (I have past experience where doctors come to conclusion without fully listening to you ) . Dr Mangesh advised me to go through certain tests to evaluate the reason for my BP & BPM variation . Best part is he himself was physically present watching the monitors for results when Ech2D , Stress-test was being done . Most of my test reports was good but he could finally locate some variation in stress-test ECG. He suggested to go for Angiography , which i accepted to expedite . I was detected with 75+ blockage at one spot in LA. On my concurrence doctor went for a Stent. The entire process was painless and the fear that i had of sever pain while removing the syringe after Angiography was well handled. Dr. Mangesh's advise after the surgery and his candid feedback without scaring the patience has impressed me a lot . He even answered all the doubt that my wife had on the treatment , recovery & care to be taken . I am under medication post surgery and i am confident to be 100% fit in couple of weeks. I just wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to Dr. Mangesh. My dad, who's 90 and dealing with heart issues, had been struggling, and we'd tried various doctors without much luck.

When we moved to Pune, we stumbled upon Dr. Mangesh. He didn't just do the usual doctor routine – he really looked into things. I went to Dr Mangesh for consultation on my heart conditions. He performed stress test and Eco to make an accurate assessment of the situation. He listen carefully the issues I had and advise medicines as well as dietary changes. He understood my preferences well and advised me swimming, which I used to love, for better health instead of gym, which I hated. He spent enough time to explain me the issue and advised me appropriate medicine. I have been treated by him for more than two months. He also went through the medical history and observed my mild diabetic situation and Hyperlipidemia. He also advised me medicines for the same. So far, I see controlled sugar level, improved lipid profile and reducing weight. I did not see reaction by medicines. It feels happy that the doctor we meet is a really good health consultant.

I'm very glad I decided to consult Dr. Mangesh Danej for my dad's hypertension issue. My dad had accelerated hypertension and the earlier cardiologist we were consulting couldn't diagnose the issue right. Doctor Mangesh Danej is truly a professional. I had visited him for my Dad’s health issue related to severe palpitations and weakness. Initially my Dad was extremely nervous and hesitant but post speaking to Dr, he felt relaxed and was at ease. He prescribed us with basic life style changes and they were very fruitful. Even where the medication was concerned, he ensured no high dosage or too many tablet where been given.

I've had hypertension for the last 10 years. Dr. Mangesh is the first Doctor who took my complaints of wheezing, headrush and breathlessness even after slight activity seriously, and pin pointed the cause in my 2D echo as Pulmonary Hypertension.

He then prescribed some medication for increased bloodflow to spongy tissues ***** ****** **** ****** All the other symptoms accompanying my heart condition of arrhythmia, such as swelling on feet, water retention, wheezing etc are now completely gone and I am enjoying much better health. His suggestions on diet were also useful.

The best thing is, Dr. Danej immediately identified that my blood pressure is because of Gastric/Acidic issues. And he prescribed medicine for my stomach, Soon everything was normal. He recommended me to go for complete heart checkup with lipid profile. For all the tests and consultation he charged me less than 2k inr and I am very much satisfied from his treatment.1 year before I had same problem and I went to Pune's highest rated doctor. He charged me 7k and prescribed me drug to make my blood thinner. I paid him full amount, bought medicine but never took his medicine. And after few burp I felt normal. ;)

If I talk about Dr Mangesh, before a doctor, he is a very nice and good human being who is having in depth knowledge in his area along with he understands Human aspects too and most importantly, very helpful and patient individual.
