What could be improved is punctuality: I was on time at the provided appointment times but had to wait between 10-30 mins each time.

After examination Dr. delegated task to junior doctor and started attending another patient.
I had taken appointment of this particular doctor and waited for two days to get the appointment. I feel it's unfair.
