I had taken my mother who had a shoulder injury due to falling on the ground, which we had thought would be a fracture due to swelling. Dr. Bansal gave quite a lot of time & understood the issue properly and identified the exact cause within a very short time and seeing the X-ray. He is very polite & comforts the patient which is very important. My mother recovered quite soon and she got a honest and apt opinion & treatment for which i am very thankful to Dr. Bansal. The counselling done by him was very helpful for us to understand what had happened exactly. The follow up sessions were also very good as he gave personal attention and monitored the injury very closely. we are very thankful to him and would surely recommend him.

My Mother had severe joint pains and two experienced doctors(Ones we visited regularly for the past 3 decades) diagnosed her of arthritis. One of my friends suggested me to take her to Dr Kunal, which I did. He heard her symptoms saw the reports (Based on which she was diagnosed of arthritis) and told her that it was not arthritis but a mild case of Chicken Guniya. He said the pain would stay for 2-3 months and prescribed pain killers to be taken only when the pain was unbearable.

It has been four months now and my mother has no pain at all now.

i had been to Dr Kunal Bansal for my sons treatment. my son had a fall in the school and had severe pain in his shoulder. when we went to Dr Kunal he very patiently heard what my son had to say and thanked him a few questions and guided us to do an x-ray. there was a minute fracture. the place of fracture was the collar bone where plaster could not be put. he put some other type of bandage and prescribed medicines and rest. most important he made my son feel very comfortable .gave him lots of time to listen to him and assured us that he was just one call away at any time if he has any problem. his treatment was perfect. my got well soon and . i would surely suggestDr Kunal Bansal to all those who need to consult a very good Orthopaedic Dr for perfect treatment. The Bansal Clinicis also well equipped and has its own OT , which i must mention meets all possible hospital and medical standards .He was very thorough and even gives patients the chance to ask questions and to make sure they understood everything that is going on. He is very positive and this is very assuring no matter what the case. He answers all questions and makes recommendations that are only in the interest of the patients well being.He also does a through followup too.

I have consulted with Dr. Kunal Bansal many times concerning my father's bone surgery. I have always got the best treatment and moreover, he has been very patient listening to me and guiding me with correct steps for recovery. I have been going to the Bansal clinic for a long time now as we show to both Dr. Piyush and Dr. Kunal Bansal, respectively.I was initially Dr. Piyush's patient as my daughter had an eye issue and then both my parents also were taken there itself and Dr.Piyush is a very positive and a thorough professional and has a new age approach to his craft and I literally am so thankful to him for taking such good care of all of us all these years very well!!!After that, my daughter had met with an accident and had a ligament tear which was diagnosed and treatment , by Dr.Kunal.He is again a very positive, empathetic and polite person and hears the patient out and explains the problem in detail.Iam very thankful to him for treating my daughter well. I was recommended by my niece for Dr.Bansal. It was my grave mistake that as I am staying at Thane I would not have consulted doctor from Pune. Although the approach for my ailment was perfect but the medicines he recommended was too expensive and were not available in any of the medical stores. Even the medicine were out of stock online. It was my first experience that the medicines were available with docter’s consulting room. *** ***** ****** ** ******** *** *** ********* *** further there was development of swelling of my right leg. As I am out stationed patient I tried to contact on phone at his consulting room , after constantly trying for two days I could get the doctor on phone. When I told him about swelling,he recommended to raise the leg by keeping pillows beneath leg which is impossible during sleep.

The receptionist at his consulting room is not responsive.

Dr. Kunal could diagnose the problem even before the MRI scan test result could show it. He has recommended a good and easy and money saving treatment plan for my slipped disc. The medication provided is also limited to just 2-3 tablets for a week or two. He helped in explaining exactly what is the issue with my back and what could be the reason for it to happen and what should be avoided in future to avoid further stress. With the usage of spinal cord models, he explained exactly what is the issue in my body which made it easy to understand.

Good response from operator with good voice quality. Appointment given at specific time and doctor also on schedule time.clinic with good ambience.

Mind yr step could have been avoided by flooring at same level step could be provided only at entrance.

Sudden jerk on the knee at two different floor level may enhance joint pain at the knee.

Generally person walks by looking in front and not at the bottom.

Though sudden jerk s at the knee good for the doctor but not for the patient.

Hope this may be considered and step can be modified. I am an Engineer by profession.
