Dr. Bansal gave quite a lot of time & understood the issue properly and identified the exact cause within a very short time and seeing the X-ray. He is very polite & comforts the patient which is very important. My mother recovered quite soon and she got a honest and apt opinion & treatment for which i am very thankful to Dr. Bansal. The counselling done by him was very helpful for us to understand what had happened exactly. One of my friends suggested me to take her to Dr Kunal, which I did. He heard her symptoms saw the reports (Based on which she was diagnosed of arthritis) and told her that it was not arthritis but a mild case of Chicken Guniya. He said the pain would stay for 2-3 months and prescribed pain killers to be taken only when the pain was unbearable.
