While the wisdom tooth extraction process with Surgeon Dr. Kunal Jain (visiting doctor at Diagnopein hadapsar) was smooth, quick and painless, but I encountered an unfortunate incident where a neighboring tooth's cap was unexpectedly removed without prior notice. Despite this, the overall procedure was handled well. However, I was disappointed that the missing cap wasn't communicated to me, and the responsibility wasn't taken by the clinic or the surgeon. Improvement in communication and accountability is suggested.
