Our appointment was at 5 PM. But Sahyadri Hospital asked us to come at 6 PM. There were around 6 to 8 patients waiting. They made us wait in the OPD lobby for about 2 hours because doctor arrived late. After arriving the doctor took in one or two patients after which his friends arrived and he asked the reception to hold all the patients until he meet his friends. We waited for around two hours and could not wait any further so we asked for refund and cancelled our appointment for which they took approval from him. He did not show any kind of remorse or sorry for the waiting patients and in no way was apologetic and straightaway approved the refund without any thought. **** ***** **** ** **** *** **** ***** *** ******** **** ******** ******** ** ***** ** *** **** ** **** ** **** ******” - but we did not get this feeling after going through whole scene. We do not recommend this doctor to anyone and we will not consult with him ever again.
