I consulted with Dr.Harini as I was suffering from severe peck and shoulder pain caused due to increase in the household chores due to the lockdown. After talking to Dr.Harini , I was assigned to Dr.Sindhuja for the sessions. The therapist was most punctual and within a week i had a great relief in the pain. Now we have been doing exercises to strengthen my neck and back and i am pain free.
