All the staff i.e. receptionist, assistant doctors and Dr Kamerkar himself are very cooperative, loving, able to drive away fears of operation which is due.
Few words about Dr Kamerkar : his mere words instill positive attitude. Yesterday he came from one operation and there was one more to be done. He came and examined patients and then went for operation. May God bless him abundently for his dedication.
Few words about assistant doctor : This lady guided us helped to fill forms and then explained tests patiently. So kind of her. God bless her.
Few words about receptionist lady: Meticulously she gave time so that a patient should not lose time. I adored the way she patiently calmed , cooled off anxiety of patients waiting for their check up. God bless her and give her more opportunities to grow financially.
Thank you and God bless all of you.

Happy with: Explanation of the health issue
Experience with the doctor was very good. He explained about the problem and gave medicine and suggested to use stockings. He suggested to get stockings of proper size. For this purpose, the concerned person took proper measurements of both the legs.

We went to him at Ruby Hall to seek benefit of his expertise. However, the Varicose Veins operation was done by someone else, though we got admitted under him. This was shock to us.
Post-surgery, since issue did not get resolved, we were advised to undergo Foam Sclero Treatment. 8/10 days after this treatment, we observed that lump was developed and we were worried. So we contacted his Assistant Dr. Rane Amit. He advised to come to Hospital.
We then contacted Mrs. Jayanti who take care of Dr. Kamerkar’s appointment, he advised to visit casualty of Ruby Hall saying appointments are not available till January 2024.
So we understood that their job is over and we have to suffer now.
Mrs. Jayanti has been found always rude over phone. We didn’t find an encouraging atmosphere anytime while dealing with Dr. Kamerkar and his team members.
Well, he may be a great surgeon, * ******* **** **** * ******* ****** ** ** ****. Disinterested, not speaking unless questioned. Dictated medicines to his assistant, no one explained what these medicines are for. It would have been really helpful if he had shared his diagnosis and why he is recommending Doppler scan.
I had waited for 4 weeks to get an appointment. It was cancelled as he was out of station, given appointment after another 2 weeks. There was no way to meet him when leg pain was severe and am urgent aid was required.

I had visit to the Rubey Hall Clinic, Pune & had appointment with Dr. D. Kamarkar. I am not satisfied with his treatment and consultant.
The time of visit was scheduled at 11:30 am on 6th June 2019 with pre appointment through Personal Assistant of Doctor. But I got appointment after waiting for 3-4 hrs as doctor was not available in OPD. There were not a proper waiting arrangement for patients as well as there relatives.
when I asked doubts regarding my treatment but Dr. Kamarkar not even bother to reply the same.
I am serving in Indian Army at high altitude area & I am not possible to have appointment on regular basis.
So I am expecting that management will take this feedback on serious note & will act so that the patients will not have to suffer for similar situations.
as usual , great .
we went for my father's review with him, since few months back he has performed a procedure on him and got stent put at neck. He had also treated me way back in 2002/03 for DVT. so he reviewd my recent medical papers on request, even hough i did not had any prior appointment with him. i DO NOT STAY IN PUNE AND had come to visit my father on a routine basis
He do not have sense how to speak with senior citizen. He is not at all polite.
He was rude with my mother. I respect doctors but it doesn't mean doctors will treat my family rudely. I am paying doctors for their treatment not for their rudeness. I was very upset but I controlled myself as I waited 14 days long for his appointment.
