My experiance with Healing Hands Baner Branch is awasm....All staff from this clinic is very co operative...front desk staff specially Ms. Vaishali answers politely...Dr. Mayur Sir gave me confidence to get operated for surgery...explained me total plan of surgery in my language..encouraged well...solved my each and every small small querry...was getting treatment like family member in clinic before and even after surgery....Dr. Ashwin Porwal Sir diagnosed me correctly n explained well...Dr deepak kulkani sir is also very good n co operated well.....sister and ward boys were very polite n helpful during hospitalisation period...M strongly recommending about this clinic to all my friends n family...thank you healing hands...!!!

I met Dr.Deepak in mid 2018 for my left inguinal hernia. He was very accommodating and had patiently answered all my questions. He recommended an open 3d mesh repair surgery. The surgery was quick mayb not even 15mins after anesthesia and my recovery was fast. Its been more than a year now I have no pain no recurrence and a very fine line stitch mark. I recently heard about my freinds chronic pain as a result of suitors used in his laproscopic hernia surgery. I am really glad I chose Dr.Deepak than over anyone else and went with his recommendation of an open surgery. He is an hernia expert,anyone looking for a hernia repair, definitely consult him.

Dr Deepak Kulkarni is of superb professionalism. He explains your problem and procedure in a easy way to understand. I have got operated in Feb2020 and it has changed my life completely. I never had to visit him for a follow up in last 10 months. He is a true expertise in his work. His staff is very attentive, well organized and showed a great deal of kindness. I am very impressed! The doctor explained the cause and treatment of the discomfort I was facing in a very good way. He examined thoroughly and showed me on the screen too. I was concerned that I had piles but the doctor explained me that I had fissure and he suggested it can be cured without any surgery. It's a bit costlier but the results that I am getting after 2 days only are very good. There is very less awareness in the general population when it comes to ano rectal related issues. Many suffer silently due to shyness and I was one of them. I feel if the treatment cost were lower then it would benefit a large number of people suffering silently from such types of diseases due to shyness and unaffordability of treatment.

I visited this particular doctor cause I thought I have anal abscess but turns out they are HPV warts. He gave me the correct diagnosis however I was charged 1k extra for a camera check up which I felt was not needed. They made me sign a document even before seeing the doctor. * **** **** *** * *** ** ****** ****** The doctor was friendly and gave good explanation no doubt but the prescribed spray also was unnecessarily expensive and should have only redirected me to skin specialist. The waiting time was also around 45 mins.

I am deeply disappointment and won't recommend him.

Firstly, staff kept me waiting for one hour despite i was there on time. Staff was rude and they did not have any regret.********* ** ***** ******** *** ********* , assistent pushed for proctoscope which required additional 1000 INR.

T**** ******* ****** ********* **** ** ***** doctor recommended me to go directly for costly laser surgery.

Finally, the prescribed medicines (ayurvedic) were sold by Healing hands it was kinda compulsary to buy those. **** ** *** ******** ********** ********* ****** ** ******* *** ********* **** *** ********

I am not happy with this overall experience and would not recommend him and this clinic to anyone.

Doctor has done laser surgery, was satisfactory. now after 1 month there is no pain.

Doctor informed that after this treatment there won't be any future treatment Will be required. I Hope that not to happen again. need to Wait and watch for next 30-40 yrs.

treatment cost is expensive. Doctor need to give proper training to internal nerse and ward boy about what procedure to follow after operation.

Healing Hands clinic is good for treating all digestion problems.

All doctors and other staff is very caring for each patient. Doctors give necessary time to each patients for their problem explanation. Baner clinic is very clean and pleasant. I got complete relief after treating from Healing Hands. Patients have to control on their diet which prescribed here. I am recommending for all stomach related problems.

Doctors were good and explained the details of the surgery to be performed well. Very helpful doctors and staff.......
