I was suffering from acute knee pain and ankle pain due to a twist. It was a sprain. I visited the orthopaedic doctor and followed his guidance for physiotherapy for approx one month but I couldn't sit in squat position even then. Then I visited Dr Ayaz and gone through Lep therapy and some light exercise suggested by him. Alhamdulillah, it recovered without any Allopathic medicine like pain killer within a week.

In my case, for about 3 months of treatment there is no result to start mensuration but I was feeling healthy, fresh, all type of body pain recovered. After taking decision of panchakarma, he advised me to take induced purgation called virechan. I done it and on the same day my menstruation started. I think I am recovered but dr advised me to repeat USG for confirmation. As per his advice after consecutive three period USG will be done. I hope PCOD will recover.
