It is only through webinars under programs like ARP and HHP made me to get preventive health checkup done. I wanted see if there is any improvement. I did not understand the cause of abnormal ECG. May by Stress ECHO will throw some light on abnormal ECG.

Let me start with a statement "It is one of the most stupidest thing in the world to Ignore heart pain". I did not ignore it, after doing some googling I went to "The Inamdar Heart Clinic". Primary reasons were the reviews on Practo and the distance of the clinic from my house.

Dear Friends..I would like to share my experience of horror, fear, Confusion, selfpity etc etc many more ugly feelings I suffered due to a heart pain.. That heart pain really shok me inside out... AND How that heart pain came out to be of the most fortunate incident of my life :)

I am a smoker, have been smoking since early college days (around 15 years so far) and a history of serious alcoholism for 8 years. Though I stopped drinking 10 months ago completely and have quitted smoking as well lately. I had a mild pain in my shoulder, left arm, chest, back side of chest from some time recently. It really started bothering me and I decided to get myself checked without wasting MORE time on googling, youtube etc etc..All those my personal researches were not actually helping in fact they were scaring me more. But I cannot say that, whatever info I tried to gather was useless, it cannot be. I was nothing but a normal human reaction when he is scared to death.

I went to the clinic on 5th Aug 17. Decent clinic. ECG was done and some issue was detected. I was suggested to go for a STRESS TEST. I immediately said YES and requested for an appointment at an earliest. I was given 9th Aug 2017 3:30 PM appointment. When I was going to the clinic on 5th, I was praying to God, "GOD PLEASE LAND ME IN GOOD HANDS" .. There are lot of greedy also out there. God Heard Me :) and I was landed in good hand .. I got a good vibe from Dr Avinash Inamdar as if he really cares for my life. I am not just another young IT sick heart .. just another patient who can afford expensive treatment. I genuinely felt HE WANTS TO HELP ME and that made me immediately believe in everything Dr. A Inamdar Said. A soft spoken, good looking, kind heart Cardiologist ..

I went on 9th, Dr Sanjivani Inamdar (Wife of Dr Avinash) was going to do my Stress TEST. WHAT A MOTHERLY LADY SHE IS.. KIND SOUL

She started talking to me about Rajasthan, history, their future plans.. . because she wanted me to relax. So much love, kindness care in her voice.

She was even started giving me some knowledge about how heart looks, how it functions like a Teacher which She is actually.

All Came Clean.. I had no cardiac issue. It came out to be excessive smoking, acid reflux, muscle injury and potentially spondylitis.

Things I missed to mention here is, I am very much athletic and muscular. my weight is also in control. I reduced 11 Kg in last few months

In short I am living a healthy life but i used to smoke a lot .. I stopped it now.

At the end, I would like to conclude with a statement "Dr A Inamdar and Dr S Inamdar maam are someone you can trust. They will give you complete picture of your treatment process rather putting you in a loop of medication. You can come here, get yourself treated and live a healthy life .. There is hope" :)

I had visited Dr. Avinash 22 years ago for my mother's treatment and i visited today for my checkup. I must say that there is no change in the way Dr. Avinash makes his patient comfortable by explaining the details. He has always been a soft spoken doctor.He does not scare us, but motivates to work on health part by doing meditation, pranayam. Thank you for being there for us.

Thanks to both doctors. Mr and Mrs Inamdar. both are cute and kindhearted because of them the first time I am feeling relaxed I found myself in safe hands, I was in problem associated with heart from about 3 yrs. first time I am feeling very relaxed.. Doctor gave me a lot of time. About 1hr.I can see no barrier between me and Doctor. a very informal approach. He is an intellectual personality. and one can see ethical touch which is rare now a day.

Previously, no Cardiologist gave me right answer.. they just provided SOS beta blocker.. bad experience at Ruby hall 2D echoes were carelessly taken.

Dr Mrs Inamdar carefully perform my 2D echo. she is very kindhearted She accurately diagnosed my problem. you can see how studied is she. then both doctors discussed about my problem. and gave me medicines, they assure me this will be short and final course of medicine. and after that I will perfect.

because of them I can feel with calm mind life is beautiful. Doing my PhD in Astrophysics which require calm mind, thanks thanks thanks..

I was little tense as I started having breathing issue yesterday and this is 2nd time. So decided to visit cardiologist and clear all doubts. On Practo I found Dr. Avinash, I researched little about him and got some confidence.

Finally booked appointment and visited clinic. Staff was good, they did some initial checks like height, weight n other few. After 10 mins I got my numbered. Doc welcomed me with smile, he relaxed me and started asking questions about me my family my issues. He suggested me two tests 2d echo stress test and one for lungs. 2D echo stress test was done by Mrs Inamdar. Mam was really nice, she relaxed me very well explained me everything about test, talked about my hobbies. She explained about her qualifications.

After both the test results Dr Avinash sir gave me big relief everything was normal it's just psychological.

Overall I am really happy with both Sir and mam :)

I would definitely recommend, they just clears all your doubts and you get idea about your heart how healthy it is :)

Doctor is very patient, good listener, ************* and experienced. Best thing I heard from a cardiologists so far was from Dr. Inamdar, that BP tablets can be stopped and it doesn't need to be continued for whole life! Hearing that itself my BP must hv come down. Consultation Charges are high but I was told that he doesn't charge for next 3 months and also that they do not recommend unnecessary tests and charges for tests are better than outside labs. Overall very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Avinash Inamdar is living god, a wonderful human being who helped my father to recover from heart problems. He makes patients feel very much comfortable, listens them patiently, soft spoken and examines carefully* ** ** *** ** *** **** ************ ** ******

My Father was getting Paralytic attack regularly due to Calcified valve and we visited him to get a second opinion. Doctors had been advised for Valve replacement and bypass. As My father had already gone through Open heart surgery around 28 years back in 1989, we were tensed for the operation. But Dr. Avinash puts you at ease, no matter how complex the situation. My Father got operated by him on 8th Aug 2017 for Valve replacement and Bypass together and within 3 weeks you can’t tell after seeing his face that He went through any surgery.
