I came here for post operative physiotherapy of my patellar fracture ..I am lucky to be treated by Dr.Anupama Thakur..She knows her subject well and is very patient in answering all your weirdest doubts about recovery process of muscles.She supported me well in all the exercises and routine activities like climbing stairs ,walking correctly , sitting etc which I thought were impossible for me to do after the surgery .I can feel my healing process has improved and I can reach my goal of full recovery soon.
