Dr. Patki has been my son's pediatric for almost three years now. She is extremely friendly, very patient and calm when dealing with kids and their parents as well :)

She always welcomes you with a smile. Being a toddler's parent, there are instances when you need an expert's advice immediately and probably can't wait for an appointment. Dr. Patki has always responded to my queries on WhatsApp instantly. She has also entertained my calls on holidays. I remember one instance when my son's hand was burnt due to a fire cracker in Diwali. I had called her that night and even being a holiday she did accept my calls and prescribed first aid. The next day also was a holiday but yet she opened her own clinic just for my son. That is her love and dedication towards her work and her patients.

Also she will never unnecessarily prescribe antibiotics which nowadays at the drop of a hat many doctors do. She has also many a times helped us with some home remedies for my son. I would recommend her anytime.

She has a calm demeanor and friendly way of talking that is very comfortable especially for a first time mother. I first visited Dr. Patki when my daughter was 1 week old. Since then Dr. Patki has guided us with her suggestions on treatments for common issues faced by babies and general topics such as what food to introduce at what stage, nutrition, safe products to use for baby, right time to get baby's ears pierced, dealing with changing sleep patterns, etc.
