I visited dr. Anuj for my sisters BP issue.

He understands his patients well, take time to explain the problem thoroughly, encourage patient to openly ask any doubts if any.

We also contacted him on whats app with the test reports result and he was very quick on response and suggested further medications based on test results.

Hence saved our visiting times.

Nice experience to visit doctor Anuj for general illness, he explained health condition very well and advised best practices for well being.

I am very happy .treatment method is very good step by step .and friendly.

First and foremost thing I liked is that even after getting my medicines I was not feeling well and Doctor did help me when I messaged him.

I felt he understands the situation of a patient.

When I visited him second time he explained each and every detail about my situation.

Doc is very friendly & Humble and listens to the patients' queries with patience and provides proper inputs. Even the staffs are well mannered and understanding.

We had a unsatisfactory experience at Rising Medicare hospital as they repeatedly charged us with registration fee (supposed to be charged on first visit only) even after visiting them 3-4 times. Also their washrooms, casualty Ward's bedsheets were not at all clean. The doctor's third time experience was that he made us do *** big tests in a convincing manner (MRI and 3 blood tests worth RS 2400 hundred for backpain, next time haemophilia profiling for a cold n fever saying that it might be leptospirosis etc.) *** ******* ** *** ***** ***** **** **** ** **** **** **** ** ***** ***** ******** * ** **** ** *** ** * ****** Also the reception at ground floor are most of the time takes lot of time to send you upstairs. We would think twice before going their next time.

Few good things are some staff members from casualty were very friendly and co-operative. 1st floor receptionist are relentlessly working at your service.

I visited Dr. Anuj for my prolonged 6 weeks of cough problem. He was calm, professional and helped me to understand the issue. Gave medication, did proper follow ups and supported throughout the week for my all queries and concerns.

I had to be hospitalised for further investigation. Dr. Anuj supported from the hospital registration time itself. Made the entire 3 days of hospitalisation smooth, welcoming and positive. Visited me as per his schedules. Personally checked all medicines, my reports and made me n my family understand the treatment and way forward. I found him very talented, sincere and caring. He genuinely gets upset if his patient is not feeling well and work more on their betterment. He made himself available for all my follow ups even on Sunday. He supported throughout till my discharge time. Highly professional and intellectual doctor. Strongly recommended. I will only visit him in future for any of my medical requirements.

Dr. Anuj Surana has been treating my mother since last year. He is highly proficient and ardent professional. I have great admiration and respect for him. His professional demeanor and pleasant personality made me travel over seas to get my Mom checked by him again. Can't thank him enough for all the support and help all through my most difficult times of life.

He went ahead and replied to all my questions whenever I needed help.

He is always very cautious and I cannot forget him getting upset for even slightest delay on minute things with the staff of the Hospital when my mother was in ICU.
