It gives me sheer pleasure to write about Dr. Anand Deshpande and his team of doctors and staff at the Deshpande Eye Hospital, Pune, where I was recently operated for cataract of both the eyes.

An extremely skilled and experienced eye surgeon, who performed the surgeries with the fine dexterity and superb control of an ace maestro playing his instrument in a symphony orchestra.

I was particularly struck by his very amiable and cheerful, informal disposition, coupled with his sheer ability to strike instantaneous rapport with his patients.

The hospital itself is very clean and equipped, with state of the art equipment.

A special mention must be made of the very courteous and efficient team of doctors, technicians and other staff who are adept at putting the patients instantly at ease before the procedures, besides facilitating timely and smooth follow up.

I would very strongly recommend Dr. Anand Deshpande and his team for all your eye related ailments, diagnosis, treatment and surgical procedures.

Initially before lasic surgery Dr Anand Deshpande and staff was good, attending every doubt n call, but after the surgery I ws facing some eye irritation, even after 10 days my vision is not clear. I tried to call them on number given to me bt none of dem responded or call back for a problem. Dn I had word wid Dr Anand Deshpande abt the thing n issue I m facing, in Dr words- we dnt entertatin patients on call and hang up the call (I have already visited the clinic 2 days back). Surprisingly Dr Neha(assistant dr in Deshpande eye clinic) only gave her number to me and asked me to call if any issue. I m literally shocked about the behavioral change towards the patients after surgery and before surgery. I personally think we need medical help till our recovery period completed. Extreamly Disappointed 😞
