I was referred to Dr. Abhay Talwalkar by my sister. I had a lot of Acute exacerbations, stuffy nose in the mornings and worsening of symptoms with change in weather. I would frequently develop acute respiratory infections and sore throats compelling me to take antibiotics every month or so. Since the time I started taking his treatment, all of it has subsided. I don't remember taking antibiotics after starting treatment with him. He's very polite and down to earth, was there whenever I needed him. I would strongly recommend him to anyone without a second thought.

I would also like to thank Mr. Chandrakant Pangare, the yoga coach at Prana, Dr Abhay referred me to him. He's a brilliant coach and very encouraging and enthusiastic. I started my yoga journey with him. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in starting /pursuing yoga in the near future to go to him.

Mr Pangare Sir referred me to Dr. Harsh Omer, chiropractor and osteopathy at Prana. He examined my spine and was at once able to get to the route cause. On the first visit he reassured me that he'd help me get rid of it. And rest assured, although it took a couple of sessions, my backache was gone. I didn't have to take a single painkiller through the sessions. His techniques are very professional and effective. I owe him for giving me back my back and arms.
