I was undergoing deep distress for a seemingly unknown reason, it had reached a point that it was difficult to get through my day without a flood of tears. He listened with patience and without judgement and then helped me to gain a perspective to my problem and this was followed up with a targeted hypnotherapy session, which helped to address the core reasons for my apparent distress.
