Few days back i got tested positive for covid 19. After 5 days of self medication i found my case was having no improvement . And i tried Practo, i never expected that some one will attend my call in the mid night , but

And i tried Practo, i never expected that some one will attend my call in the mid night , but dr Ashish attended me at 12:00 am, gave me consultation. he prescribed 5 day medication and a few weekly medications which is already going on. I found his consultation very useful and on 5th day i am fully recovered from covid, now test report is also negetive.Thanks a lot Dr Ashish Shahare.

You are absolutely right sir/mam time is precious and especially in medical field.Sorry for the trouble you faced but let me tell you that I can't be online for 24*7 in practo.I am a doctor not a robot.I am working in practo for fixed alloted time period other time I have to give to physical consultation.my timings are 3-5 pm and 9-11 pm daily and weekly off .And I haven't taken off yet .I am working on Sunday also.I request you to please contact practo helpline to resolve this issue.I will be very thankful to you so that in future patients could understand the problem.and one thing whenever I am online atleast 4-5 patients are there at a time so I have to reply each of them .and some patients send reports I have to carefully see the reports some do video call .so you tell me how should I manage.and after all last but not the least I have also family.so need to give some time to my family also.thank you!
