Well, I have selected " wait time" as the answer to the question" What were you most happy with?"

The doctor is available on appointment only at Rising Medical Hospital, Kharadi. We booked an appointment for 5th May 10:15 am, 3 days in advance. The timing was set based on doctor's availability and recommendation only.

We reconfirmed the appointment in 4th May evening and we also received a call from Hospital on 5th May at 9:35 am.

We reached the hospital at 10:10 am as planned.

The doctor was then informed about our arrival over phone and we were told she has not left from home yet and should arrive in 10 min max as she stays nearby. We made the payment meanwhile. However, the doctor was not in till even 10:45 am.

Finally, we got the payment refunded and left without consultation.

I am neutral about Doctor's capability as we could not consult her and would still recommend her but she should value other's time as well.

I understand and happy to wait when there are other patients or there is an emergency where Doctor availability is more important but in this case I simply felt that she does not value other's time as she was at home at the appointment time and did not arrive even in next 30 minutes.

She was very helpful and friendly to consult the problem,Very good at explaining things and discussing various solutions. I felt she is well versed.

Treatment just started,waiting to see good results.

Con: A small girl was a Receptionist,her Interaction and method of handling patient was unpleasant.

Dr arti examined me in detail and advised me to undergo some blood tests. Initially I was sceptical but actually the tests revealed the root cause of my hair loss. I was suffering from iron deficiency. Till now i had consulted many doctors but nobody had detected the root cause. So i never saw any results.
