Have had numerous visits here with Doctor Anshu and he never disappoints. Great feeling everytime for my mom and me too.

Waiting times can be excruciatingly long for a specialty doctor like Anshu but the management by the hospital and Practo in particular needs to be done properly. They should not take walk ins and the appointment times should be clearly communicated.

The staff should call out to patients and advise them of any delay.

Very friendly receptionist and very comfortable waiting room,which made it easier to pass waiting time. Dr Sachdev is polite and humble . He listens to you very carefully and explains to you very simply. He assessed the condition very quickly and made recommendations. He then suggested further tests and made arrangements with other doctors , which was greatly appreciated as I would not know who to approach. Both doctors recommended were also very good. I would go there again and again and certainly recommend to others.

Every thing was good but the appointment was for 12.00 but actually I was able to meet doctor by 1:00pm only. The center should have notified me that doctor will be late by 1 hour.

We booked an appointment at 2.15 pm, we reached clinic at 1.50 pm, but waiting time is enormous and our number was still yet to come in next one hour or so. This is unacceptable and if the doctor is coming late to the clinic, the staff should’ve informed us in advance. What’s the use of booking an appointment on Practo if we have have to wait 2-3 hours??

Had to wait 40 minutes before the appointment and 2 hours after consultation just to receive the prescription. No value for time. ** **** ****** **** ********** ********** ***** ***** ***** **** ******* Physical copies of x-ray were not provided even after multiple requests. Extremely unpleasant *** ************** **********.

I visited the clinic for back pain and feet swelling. The initial experience was positive the doctor efficiently conducted X-rays on the same day. After reviewing the X-rays, the doctor explained the necessary information about potential treatments and recommended additional tests for a detailed understanding. Although I had these tests done externally but not from their own clinic and shared the results via the clinic's WhatsApp number, I've been facing challenges in obtaining updates for the past three days. This lack of communication has been unexpected and has impacted my overall experience, particularly in the context of an incomplete diagnosis process
