I am suffering with PCOD since past 8-9 years. I have huge cysts arround my ovary.

Meeting Dr. Ananya has been a life changing experience for me. Personal issues caused me to seek help and I was diagnosed with anxiety and received treatment. Her treatment has absolutely transformed my life, I am more productive. I understand people and their feelings much more and I partake in life at a normal speed rather than the 100kmph tsunami like before. To start with.... I was embarrassed, emotional, felt like there was something significantly wrong with me. This wasn’t the case, none of my issues through childhood was my fault.

Getting help from Ananya ma'am has set me on the path of betterment and improved mental health. Her sessions gave me a new outlook that help me to better deal with my mental health issues and that of my family and armed me with the knowledge and means to live a fuller life.

I am very thankful to Dr.Ananya Chitale for her help in solving my mental health problems. She has been very patient in listening to my problems.She has given very practical advice & taught me various techniques, which have helped me overcome my issues.
