Dr. Amit Luthra

I found Doc Amit Luthra meticulous in his work. He seemed very humble every time I visited him for my Pregnancy sonography. He gives a dedicated time to explain the sonography details after his initial examination by highlighting the focus areas. Although the wait time at Lifeberries could be something that could be looked into as a 1 hour wait time from the appointment time is a very usual phenomena here. The staff at the Diagnostics center is cordial just that they should be able to manage patient's time better.

It was the clinic's closing time yesterday and mine was a last minute appointment. Still the doctor waited for me even after everyone else had left. I was thoroughly diagnosed with absolute no rush unlike my previous experience in Mumbai who diagnosed me wrong several times. He took his time and explained the diagnosis to me and my fiance and handed us the report. Now, I finally know the reason behind my pain and I can stop taking wrong medicines. It's not easy to get a doctor now a days who is honest to his profession and not devoted to money making. Lucky to be introduced to Doctor Amit.

Dr. Amit is very professional. Attend his patients very carefully. Try to find every detail of patients history to analyse the problem.

Also explain the symptoms to his patients very nicely.

And you get the reports on time.

Would certainly recommend this lab to my family and friends.

Overall experience was good.

Need to improve adhering to appointment schedule. One has to remind them about appointment time. The receptionist was aware of the scheduled patients but somehow there was a communication gap between the attendant in sonography room and the receptionist and sequence of patients was disturbed.

Rest diagnosis experience was good. Doctor was very calm and professional.

Pathetic experience, this is second time I am experiencing the same.very unprofessional staff. They don't bother what problems there patients going through. My wife is pregnant and we have taken appointment at 7:30 pm, we were there at 7:30 but after waiting for almost 1hr they were least interested in patients who already waiting and after 8:30 p.m they told me that the test cannot be done as my papers are not completed.

It was very nice experience I had my sonography in 4 reputed centres in Pune but they didn't find anything wrong , but I was in constant pain and then I came to Dr Amit for my sonography , he gave me proper time and explained me each and everything and for first some find the stone .

Im very much impressed by Dr Amit and lifeberries healthcare team as they have given me all reports and details in time .

They lost the report.they first told we emailed you when I said said can you send again they cannot. Then they said it was delivered to someone, well definitely no one picked up for me. Then they said only doc can regenerate so you have to come back again. It’s like we keep on visiting then every second day to get one report.

Dr Amit and Dr Surabhi both are excellent.

I have visited doctor many times. He is very professional and his diagnostics is always detailed and perfect. He is very friendly and explains everything while conducting USG and Xray. Even he repeats when required to get prefect result or to verify findings on next day.

Very good experience. Would highly recommend this clinic to all. Doctor Luthra was extremely polite, made me confortable and explained the reports very well. He answered all my queries and was not in a hurry like other doctors these days are.
