Writing this testimonial for Dr Abhay, first to express my sincere thanks, second to provide an honest feedback which hopefully will help people in similar situation to narrow down a well qualified Orthopedist.

Dr Abhay is meticulous in his approach, takes pains to explain diagnosis very carefully to the patient(educated or otherwise) often switching to a language comfortable to the patient, does not recommend mindless tests(X rays, MRIs etc) or repeat visits unless required. He maintains the balance well in terms of educating the patient to take their own decisions when facing alternatives and not forcing his opinion. He is thorough professional yet puts a patient at ease by asking generic questions and then moving further to his consultation.

I am completely healed for shoulder and well aware of what needs to be done for grade 3 tear of medial meniscus in my knees.

My father visited him for joint aches as well as intense tailbone pain. After consultation, he practices his exercises daily and uses recommended cushion. Both aere big relief.

My mother has frozen shoulder and she is also doing exercises daily which Dr Abhay has been emphatic about so to as to avoid treatments that can be done without. Both my parents didn't want physiotherapy at clinic but exercises at home and Dr Abhay has respected there choice. He has explained them exercises in quite detail and that if done regularly these will help to ease there pain.

In terms of keeping appointments,most times its within 5 mins of arriving at clinic, wait time if any never exceeds 10-15 mins plus Dr Abhay arrives in clinic on time(except once wherein he cancelled appt. due to an emergency surgery).The shoulder knee clinc in Aundh can be located easily and allows me to find a proper parking space nearby, a must nowadays.

Dr Abhay sir has done total knee replacement surgery to my mother and father on both knees.My mother and father both having issues like knee pain, difficulty in bending knees etc.I have visited doctor and consulted him. After thorough check up doctor recommended for Total knee replacement. For having TKR he recommended to have fitness tests and after all the tests he recommended us for the surgery.My mother and father both underwent for TKR on both knees. Doctor assisted us in treatments like physiotherapy etc.***** ********** ******* *** ************* my mother and father can successfully walk exercise very freely. He is very friendly and supportive. I am very thankful to him.

I visited the doctor for my lower back pain. He listened patiently about the issues and gave appropriate medicines for relief. we have visited him before for Bursitis issue in my Husband's knee. we are happy with the treatment and also his suggestions about lifestyle changes. Definitely recommend.

We visited the doctor on reference for my husband's an advanced opinion for the ACL injury. He is a humble, friendly and very down to earth. He makes you comfortable to help you understand the treatment and the further precaution to be taken during the healing time. He will also give you your comfort to choose the best hospital for the surgery near to the place considering the value time for relatives. I strongly recommend the doctor.

My 6 year old daughter had a fracture in her right hand ring finger. Dr Abhay made her very comfortable before treating which was a relief since she was in terrible pain. I would highly recommend Dr Abhay especially if the treatment is required for a child. Thanks a lot Dr Abhay for the patience you showed with my daughter.

Amazing experience. Doctor is so confident and has the most practical and pragmatic approach. He sure knows how to make a patient comfortable . He is a great motivator during the rehab process too and more importantly a GREAT HUMAN BEING. As they say surgeons hands are God’s own hands so in reality I saw god’s hands and experienced them to heal my shoulder thru Dr.Abhay Kulkarni’s magic hands . Thanks a lot Doctor.

Dr. Abhay's clinic was well maintained and proper hygiene was there. There was ample space in the clinic and waiting area was comfortable and neat.

Dr. was very honest and straight forward while explaining the procedures. His way of explanation is simple & caring. He had all the bone models to demonstrate the problems. Dr's fees is reasonable, I would recommend him to everyone out there.
