She explains and discusses your challeneges without negating any possibilities of what the battered mind thinks of. Rather she helps one accept that these are just thoughts,they are guests, let them come. But what she teaches is the technique to deal with them. Dr. Disha is an amazing listener and talking to her makes one feel more confident of oneself. The therapy takes care of the fears in the mind. Practice what she advises and you will see a turnaround in your behaviour definitely. Philosophy and science could not have been unionized in much better way,Dr.Disha does that. I realised, reaching out to a pyschologist is the first and only difficult step towards battling mental health challeneges. Dr. Disha takes care of the rest of the process and wellbeing. Rest assured, after all sessions, you will come out with a feeling where " the mind is without fear and head is held high".

Before visiting this Doctor, I was under medicines prescriptions from other Psychiatrist Doctors for more than 6 years.

After listening complete history , main causes of problem is determined. Practical Possible Solutions are suggested to overcome different psychological problems.

Supportive Medicines are provided only to the extent required. No heavy dose of medicines. Tendency is to reduce the medicines after comparing the recovery stages of patient. It has been more then 3 month I am visiting

I was losing it on my kids, at times my wife too. Lockdown had really taken a toll on me, initially I managed, but later on my irritation at small things from work, kids not listening started increasing. Shared with a close friend as I would feel guilty about it later. He recommended trying talking to a professional, we searched online together and narrowed down to Dr Sumit. The appointment system surprised me as I was seen at the time I was allocated and got a good patient listening. Within a few sessions I could notice the difference, had started enjoying time with family again.

I visited Dr. Parikh for anxiety related problems. She paid attention to all my symptoms and gave enough time for me to be comfortable and share. She is a very good listener and caring too. The medicines prescribed by her, helped a lot. In addition to this, she provided lots of methods and ways to counter anxiety and intrusive thoughts. I'd definitely recommended her. Overall, great experience.

Doctor understood the problem very well. Would highly recommend as she listens very carefully and patiently even if at times you don't express much she will ask relevant questions and get the needed information from you to make the best treatment plan.

Doctor is very friendly,clinic was very neat and clean.Visited doctor for always upset stomach,sore muscles,anger outbursts as I thought all related this to anxiety or something related to stress or mind.Dr listened issue with very patiently.Currently taking precibed medicines.

Visited Dr Sumit a year back for stress at work and issues in personal life. His medicines and inputs helped, felt better, stopped treatment, as didn't feel the need for it. But over the last month or so - some new issues came up, was having a tough time handling them. Knew would be helped coming back here, but was sceptical as I had stopped treatment by myself. Built up some courage, saw him again, expecting to be reprimanded. Was pleasantly surprised when he pointed out what I had done right in the past year that had helped me and focused on what could be done to deal with the present situation than focus on why treatment was discontinued. Felt better there itself and doing well with the treatment advised. :)

I want to thank you for investing your time , energy and interest in my well-being . I am aware that it’s your job ; but human connection is special and I value your efforts in forging it with me and in helping me feel good , feel safe and feel alive. I was living in greyscale interrupted by harsh colours , today when I look around me or within me I am feel so light and fulfilled. My bad moments are bad , but they aren’t insufferable, they don’t seep into other moments and they don’t stop me from moving ahead - your patience, support and guidance helped me create this . Your passion for what you do , and the ease with which you approach life is inspiring. To speak with you and see you itself, alters my frames of references.
